Key Holding Services
Not all landlords are local to the area. In order to prevent delays in undertaking maintenance work, we offer a Key Holding service.
We are in the process of becoming licensed by the Security Industry Authority and have an approved Key Safe. All keys are coded so that there is no direct link to your property in the unlikely event that the keys are lost or misplaced.
We operate a signature trail for anyone signing keys in and out of the safe to ensure that the movement of keys is accounted for at all times.
This is the sole service that does carry a monthly charge, purely to cover administrative and insurance costs.
Key Cutting
Should your tenant lose their keys, with your authorisation, we can arrange for a new set to be cut. Alternatively, if preferred, we can arrange to have the locks changed as part of our maintenance service.
